Gennadi Koutchen was a broker at Pattersons
with an interest in Anp
After leaving Patterson’s he worked for Tolhurst ( could be the other way around)?
He was then asked by Anp to join them as a IR.

He does not have a science degree( so unable to communicate with an investor who want to know the in’s and out’s of our drugs)
XEC has 3 Accountants and Gennadi as the investor advisor.
He has no Nett worth clients
He was lead manager to our Entitlement offer ( I doubt he had the means to finance to underwrite the rights.
I have been investing in the Stockmarket for 50 yrs
and spoke to Gennadi on several occasions.
3 or 4 weeks before the CR I sent Mark a email showing no confidence in Gennadi ( the rest is history)
i don’t think he was ever a lead manager as such.
Maybe part of a tem doing a CR but then all brokers do that.
He should not be working for Anp.
