    shareholders can’t just sack Directors without good reason
    The only people who will suffer will be shareholders.. I see a very expensive Legal battle.. Directors can use the funds $16 million to back their legal battle to preserve their integrity..
    it’s not a done deal just because you have the numbers..
    You first have to prove the existing Directors breached the constitution or were dishonest.
    Remember JG changed everything.. to comply with ASIC..
    Good luck trying to find a sacking breach..
