I don't think the new kids in town care or even give a toss about CG or JG, I think they see a vehicle, that is in a world of pain, that they can use and take control of

At the end of the day, the buck stops with CG and JG, its their show and they were driving when it crashed, they have to own it and take the heat and getting out of the way is a very valid option that they also need to consider out of respect to all parties and the future of the company
