Yep - had P2A on the brain - bad example of what we might expect from lab data. Not really relevant to the overall point.
I assume it didn't go unnoticed that the shareholder letter was penned after notice of intention was received? I must admit that this left me wondering when we'd otherwise have received comm's from the company.
We've been happy with JG/CG and are planning on voting in their favour (against the resolutions)..
*BUT*
... the January to "this quarter" move re details (in the SH letter) was a small red-flag for me.
I think that's what triggered me to (again) ask for assurance that they haven't seen any lab data to date.
