When 700 million shares trade at 0.007 average, quite incredible, there is no way it it going to bounce hard, traders took all the stock and they are already making good money annualised at 0.009/0.01. Traders that take that kind of distressed stock have zero interest in the medium/long term . Maybe 200 million has been bought by people like us doubling up and PVL/Kenley , so I reckon PER needs at least another 200 million shares to trade before it can move towards fundamentals, let alone cash backing. Seems it will need some serious other news from here before that happens
