Why ?
We would all be happy if the drug worked
but it failed
Performance options were given because we had Partners waiting in the wings.Post results..
It’s been announced that we are waiting for the Lab results to find out why the drug failed miserably..and also looking into the manufacture of Epicursen..
This hostile TO is a huge distraction for the Board
and it’s going to cost us $$$
We have all lost mega $$$.. for those who have sold..
Shareholders.. don’t vote because you thought that the present Board was lining their pockets..
The truth being .. no pharma or Venture Capital was prepared to invest in a Pilot study with 9 boys..
A single Center study dosen’t predict success in a bigger multi centre study…
CG and JG had nothing to do with the Pilot Study..
but if you want to get your $$ back and more ..
vote as an Investor ..
