    If Avicursen was a success and we had Big Pharma as a Partner .. sp travelling at 70c to $1
    would you still criticise the 8c Cr..
    I guess not..
    The 8c raise was a bargaining chip at the negotiation table
    not to forget US investors like to see more institutional investors on the register..
