Wow nice 2 mill in cash plus that 1.9, so sitting pretty at around 4 mill, maybe they are ready to make the big play and lock it in. Reading that half yearly also they have invested in quite a few health care companies which I was unaware of so might be some syndergies they are seeing, and maybe they have partnerships already lined up, would love to know their plan, I wonder if they have a way to communicate to PER holders prior to the meeting to garner some support.

Whats the way forward here? Under current directorship are we going to watch the $17 mill dwindle down to nothing whilst they chase another partnership and trial of another drug, and then obviously needing more than that $17 mill to get it over the line, so another cap raise, etc etc, more of the same which got them to this point. I know this is the biotech space and its to be expected somewhat but PER has lost $100 mill so far, been a great train for current directors though, not so much for shareholders.

Or a change of direction, with directors that may diversify the cash with a few partners and actually get a return for shareholders, like they (PVL) has done this last year:

At the end of the day it really is just a matter of who do you trust more to manage whats in the companies kitty, essentially we are starting from square one, who has the better track record of managing cash? Look at the chart above and then look at PERs. Not really a hard question to answer.

Dont know why its doom and gloom about PVL directors from some of the cheer squad here, almost as if they are alt accounts of Gittleson and Garner with a lot of unsubstianted comments like claiming PVL are "vultures" ahh based on? and that PER "has a deal ready to sign on a late stage drug" again based on?

Lets look at the reality you have directors from PVL that are making money for their shareholders wanting to come in and do the same here with a proven track record, and here at PER you have directors already in place here that have lost shareholders a fortune and want to keep their pay cheques.

Good luck to PVL I say, and hopefully if they get in they can get the PER chart looking like PVLs.
