Let's see what PVL has to offer, can't be worse than the "nothing" Gennadi offered. But if they get control I would suggest you buy PVL , not PER. PER will be the b***h fund used to extract fees . I've see how this works many times, I will try and explain further once we see more , bottomline PVL just wants PERs cash

BUT I don't believe PVL has the means to pull this off, look at the way they voted on Tuesday , they were trying to kick out Garner & Gennadi at the same time, but failed . They could potentially have been in control today, but instead are nowhere. They really don't have the cash or cash flow to do anything here, they still have Gennadi votes no doubt, but need a third party to buy at least another 10% of the stock ? By the same token impossible for PVL to get out of PER without incurring a loss, which would make a tiny listed company like them look very bad indeed.

They only way PER holders are going to make serious money here is to stick with serious bio-tech profssionals, Garner/Gittlieson. Remember they are essentially new to PER as well. Remembering bio-tech is a lottery, not a term deposit,
