The current PER board are unhinged. This is clear self interest at stake. They announce a Non binding acquisition when they would have known about this 249 talk about not keeping shareholder properly informed. Would have been good to know who accumulated shares yesterday....
They are rushing things and not paying attention to detail so much and are so desperate they have stuffed up these forms!! They are effectively saying to vote FOR Gennadi and Greg!
This incoming 249 team seems highly credible and have track record. We need change now. CG and JG are a law unto themselves. Disgraceful.
