It had been confidently suggested to me that PVL was firmly in Garners corner so now obviously yesterdays news raises prospects Garner will be removed this week or next month. Ideally Garner needs to find a white night investor, someone who is prepared to back his vision and buy 10% of the company, he has three days to do that, he hasn't shown any sign of having those kind of relationships and would be hard to buy 10% easily now, but possible

I'm still trying to see whether Genadi/PVL have a point, except trying to access PERs cash and I can't. They seem to feel the ASX release where the trial was abandoned so quickly without thorough peer/expert review produced the wealth destruction on MASSIVE volume. 850 million shares traded at 0.007 cents, I have seldom seen volume capitulation like that before, so obviously far below cash backing, but Garner seems adamant ATL1102 doesn't work for DMD. I think Garners reaction to their concerns has also been seen as a bit arrogant and he gets paid too much with the Mkt cap at $10 mill. So is that enough reason to replace the board with a bunch of part time directors who may or may not be able another competent team ? NO , but the share price has created the opportunity for his removal
