This is not about trial failure

This is about a boards total disregard for its shareholders and the way the company has been handled overall

James Garner has been at the helm for one full term agm to agm

And there was a vote against the remuneration

After 1 term you should not have to ask yourself why

They knew at the agm there was discontent and they dropped those resolutions

They talked of change at the agm

Well wasnt that agm a time to show willing and bend a little but no

They went ahead with the issue of the 6 mil oppis to themselves basically showing complete arrogance and basically flipping the bird to sll SH

Then came the trial results and what has transpired has transpired through opportunity

They are in this mess not because of the trials failure but because of the way they went about things prior to the failure

Ho do you think they are going to go with a new indication as far as we as shareholders are concerned

They had a drug that if succesful could have seen us turn into a multi bil$ co

Yet pre results we were dead in the water illiquid

If they couldnt do anything to raise shareholder value from that perspective

What do you think you are gonna get from them with a new indication

Nothing but the same old same old dilution, consolidation from 1.4c to 14c then have them tell us how well they are doing at the next agm followed by a CR at a grossly discounted rate

Been there done that and it aint pretty

No i dont want the old guard in but on the same footing i dont see a bright future with these people either

Perhaps PVL are just after the cash i have no idea but i will take onboard in light of the minor research i have done on them
What they have to say

At least their chart is showing growth for their existing shareholders

Will we benefit from that experience if they take us out or will we just be robbed blind that is the question and as you say motors if this present team cannot come up with a Mil $ investment to save their company and jobs

Then in IMHO should they really be there because if they cannot do it for themselves and the company then what chance do we stand

I have no idea just trying to work through this myself

Our MGT only started moving their arse after the notice from the big holders ..untill then it was easy peasy....who cares

Now trying to save their job....again hardly any announcement before and now every second day we have some news..lol
