Yep, that was what I was hopefully trying to say. PVL are low on cash.
They make money by having Funds under management. Our $15 mill is a nice pot they can charge management fees on, or, yes just wind PER up and take the cash that way . (A few jubs on here unfortunately that struggle to get their heads around that )
So PVL obviously a total non-starter!!! So that leaves Gennadi (back to the old days of Moses & Mark Diamond ) or a bunch of scientists that might get lucky this time.
