Between a rock and a hard place! But to be fair we dont know if PVL have dubious intentions, they could see a better way forward, and want to get the big costs (ie current directos) off the board so the company has a chance at succeeding in some way rather than these directors just pay themselves millions until there is no cash left in the kitty.
