Well what is unquestionable is he will be able to turn a profit for himself, hes getting paid $800k + pa, so even if the shares dont make money, he will personally still be up $300k just after one year, and still has control of the company to do more cap raises and keep paying himself for years, so its a smart investment for himself, I personally would have liked to see what PVL could of done with the company, given they have track record of success, but seems like they wont get over the line imo.
