Shareholders are advised that the purported notices received on 21 February 2025 and 24 February 2025 are not related to the notices under s203D and s249D of the Corporations Act 2001 announced on 7 January 2025.
The general meeting for these notices will be held on 4 March 2025 and the Board encourages
shareholders to vote AGAINST ALL resolutions at that meeting.
