The rationale for these resolutions from Yuxiao Fund escape me.
There is no way ordinary holders will vote for them.
Did Nick Curtis AM misuse shareholders' funds? An easy accusation, doubtful in a company with ~$11m in cash, nil internal cash flow generation.
Of more interest is the FIRB's forthcoming ruling on whether Yuxiao exceeded the ownership limits it imposed on national security grounds.
I love the smell of divestment in the morning.
