If Sbang largest shareholder converts his loan to shares then I suspect it gives us a clear path that business is underway and value can be seen by both parties here regular shareholders and the higher contributors and management team .
Would you value in comparison to market cap and debt that once underway with land and work evaluation and a license agreement with dwer.
Is this undervalued as a bin expert like yourself I am in the building game I do not fully understand the complications involved it is bright to have some knowledge along the way ..
