My criticism of Tom is because of his inability to estimate construction costs and time frames at this stage. Good to see that you have fessed up about the negative comments you went on about for too long, which was so obvious all the way over here on the east coast. Rodney must be congratulated for his ability to see a bargain in the making his crew has my vote.
