So neither would the suspension of trading, nor the ongoing input of funds to keep the ship afloat. The AGM would have gone ahead, there would have been no need for an EGM, and shareholders would have been rejoicing at their amazing new product and the reflection this would be having on the share price of AKP. As I have said, were it not for 3 independent failures in producing their wafers, the present situation would be very different. And I would be pleased and counting the increased value of my assets.

We differ significantly in understanding the ASX's role; it's not to lend a sympathetic ear regarding business progress (even if it was warranted), it's to enforce the listing rules.
