what are you suggesting? they publicly announced "we are holding an EGM to issue some securities" and then in their cunningness after that announcement, did not hold the EGM?
are you sure it wasn't just forgotten in the day-to-day business of keeping the company going until chips are delivered while there's a dwindling supply of cash and the securities are not quoted?
