they've said that they "expect" results would be available to report on at Q3 end.
but they never said that they will definitely release an announcement at this time.

if something bigger behind the scenes is going on, then it makes sense to not say anything until that sorts itself out.

something bigger could be anything from:
- 12 month extension with imec
- acquisition
- delays in fabrication

though if a formal acquisition offer was made they'd be obliged to inform the market. So it's likely not that.
