The FP firm I work with, is still using Intiger's paraplanning service (going on 3 years now). The service and quality of work is still really good, and their turnaround times are excellent.
I don't understand how they haven't been able to scale this up successfully.
As for BOOM, it's primarily been 'talk' about their software, we haven't actually seen a workable solution or finished product of any kind. We've only ever used their PP services.
