    Oh joy, yet another annual meeting. Same song and dance. "Next year will be better, trust us."

    Same CEO since late 2018 and the company stock price hasn't just fallen, it has cratered. CEO has been there since before the current line-up of board members. What has happened recently under this CEO's tenure:

    1. A very expensive dry hole drilled in the desert.

    2. The "big deal" with Peak Helium was a complete bust. Where was the due diligence?

    There are two choices facing CP right now. Bring in a CEO and management team that knows what they're doing, or auction off the company.
