Regarding the lack of DOCA...If the secured creditor has its own Liquidator appointed, I don't really understand what power the Administrator actually has other than to negotiate with the Liquidator.

Given that the company assets are yet to be sold, my assumption is that everything is in a holding pattern and in any event believe that the current capital structure of KBL has no value at all. IMO if the company survives it will be after a massive (100/1 or more) consolidation and subsequent capital raising....
