I'm pretty sure it is very difficult to prove any misgivings . The thing I clearly remember that I think is truely worth understanding was the company went into a trading halt - came out for a short time- allowing people to dump their shares before going into VR. That looks very iffy .... i would love to under the rationale or justification behind that.

Either way there is a small ray of hope ATM so I'll focus on that for now.
