An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with Listing Rule 14.3 and the relevant clauses of the Company’s Constitution, nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director must be received at the Company’s registered office by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 19 October 2022.
