NOTIFICATION OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Norwest Energy NL (ASX: NWE) (Norwest or Company) advises that, in accordance with ASX Listing Rule
3.13.1, its Annual General Meeting will be held at 10am on 22 November 2022 at The Park Business
Centre, 45 Ventnor Avenue, West Perth, WA 6005.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election and appointment of directors. In accordance with
Listing Rule 14.3 and the relevant clauses of the Company’s Constitution, nominations from persons
wishing to be considered for election as a director must be received at the Company’s registered office
by no later than 5:00pm (WST) on 19 October 2022.
Further details in respect of the Annual General Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting to be
dispatched to Shareholders on or around 24 October 2022.
