I am still clueless on the Cummins experience - he was head hunted when it was clear to all that trouble was looming, and it needed some smart operators to turn the ship around immediately. Like others, I thought it was a neat coup when Cummins was picked and had great hopes. This has been an expensive fail in time, money and opportunity. Given how much shareholders have lost, some insight on what happened would be a small consolation.
