I'm 100% with you Dairyqueen. Share buy back means absolutely nothing without a dividend. So what if the buy back increases the earnings per share.. Who cares this increase is not taxed.. Where's the cash flow to shareholders ? Sure the price "might" go up, then what ? Sell the company to realize cash flow and pay tax ? If I'm holding for years, I'd like a cash flow stream thanks (even just a little bit), otherwise i might as well trade in and out of penny stocks. With A2m currently having $887,308,000 in cash and no special dividend, do they really give a sh1t about their shareholders ?
