Not correct they were issued for nothing on the first place. They are simply an employee incentive with a back to back loan with the issues shares. Check out the Annual Report. They are in effect an option issued out of the money so only worth anything with a share price increase. Which we now has not occurred. Why buy them back at all? Answer so they can be issued at a much lower price! They get repriced for shi**y performance since issued date!
