a) How should the directors profit from a higher cash per share when only 1 of the 3 directors owns shares (James Bahen 100m shares). But sure, it makes sense to keep the shares and wait ... after the new Board already avoided to have a bad/expensive Lithium acquisition.

b) The remuneration for all non-executive directors of the Board is limited to $200k p.a. After the change all directors are NEDs now. So, that means quite a cost reduction.
