Just shows how little protection to retail investors is given by the ASX .
Widdon specialises in doing this .
Did more or less the same thing with CE1 just recently .
Plenty of cash for a gravy train of doing nothing with very little oversight of what they are paid in salary and expenses after it is delisted .
Should be banned from running any public company but don't hold your breath that anything will be done .
