Doh.. pump & dump. This is just buy back of performance shares. The directors couldn't off load their performance shares onto the market without plummeting the share price. They asked BUD to buy the performance shares off of them, inflating BUD's debt, and wasting ordinary investors' money. This is just a reminder that DM doesn't care about your hard earned money. He wants to fill up his pockets for as long as possible.
