Were management more astute on capital mkts than most realised? Were they waiting for the inevitable EOFY sell down?
Any time you want to pull the trigger now. I normally deplore share buybacks done all too commonly by lazy management (they usually indicate an absence of profitable business application in employing shareholder capital and particularly in the US greedy exec's getting share award milestones surpassed) but with the CUV valuation levels, believe, in moderation, it may be an advantageous return on (rather flush) capital in CUV's case.
