Why should they buy their own crap? They know best what they have and what it's worth:
- A drug whose market is saturated, the patent is expiring, and competition is waiting in the wings
- A zinc paste for €140 that no one buys
- No pipeline
Would you, as a board member, buy back shares based on this "foundation"? Of course not. You would make sure the money stays in your account and continues to pay you a salary for the next few years until there's nothing left. It's that simple.
