Can anyone comment on the reasons why Connexion would be wanting to perform a buyback? Are there any perceived negative aspects here or is it purely that they have spare cash and are anticipating future capital growth. I would have thought that rather than just the disclosure that an announcement would be made to shareholders explaining the reasons to support this move.
