Did I miss something (IMO).
In my opinion (IMO) a Share buy back would be a great opportunity for many shareholders IMO to trade some of their stock pro rata (IMO). I am not sure why Halo get the opportunity to trade/ buy back while the shares are suspended albeit by a resolution of the majority of shareholders (IMO). Did I miss a put option or something else (IMO). Would be pleased to hear other opinions.
