Hmmm? Can someone explain this a bit better?
Looks like HIO want to buy back 7.485.000 shares from LDA for nothing? Its just over 1% of outstanding shares.
I don't quite understand the meaning of this and how it works. Presumably something to do with terms and conditions of the LDA deal as mentioned.
