Agreed, if they don't require the money then get it off the balance sheet. They must feel there upgrades have reached there peak and inflows will cover costs. I don't think the market has an appetite for bolt on acquisitions, they need to build trust first so no point hanging onto cash. Support the share price, get the cash flow in positive territory then you can always re-approach the market from a position of strength for any expansion required. My concern, if the numbers don't improve and this is just a cynical way to move the share price to achieve KPI's then it would be time for a change/ as always, its all about the numbers!!!!
