CORPORATE
During the Period the Company:
· held the Annual General Meeting of shareholders. All resolutions put to shareholders were passed on a poll;
· announced the continuation of its on-market share buy-back for up to 10% of MCS's issued capital over the next 12 months.
Attached is the Appendix 4C Quarterly Cash Flow Statement for the three months ending 31 December 2020.
