    The question is why?

    My best guess has so far been that there are quite powerful forces at work (perhaps including shorters) succeeding in virtually destroying the SP.

    But who am I? Because, if it is such bargain why are some buyers not stepping up to the plate - sorta counter intuitive to my simplistic opinion.
