I get the sense that sharks are circling and hence this presentation and buy back to push the price up. There is lot potential but not a well run business with continuous write downs and bad acquisitions over the years. May be an offer of 30-40% above current prevailing price could temp many of the long term frustrated SHs. Just my thoughts.
