As you would expect, Recce have been very slack.
The performance milestone was to be achieved by 19 August 2020, more than 4 years ago.
The company was supposed to redeem the performance shares within 10 business days of the milestone not being achieved i.e. September 2020.
It has taken Recce 4 years to do so, pathetic.
I suppose it is a reflection of managements attention to detail!
