This is a top move. I suspect like many I bought this due to the strong underlying earnings. The buyback will further strengthen the earnings per share. It would be nice to see the share price hit $3.50 in which case we will see a few more shares trade hands but I'm not concerned if it stays at these levels for a year or two.... I'm not planning on selling and will give me the opportunity to accumulate more. The earnings will eventually push the share price up or be returned as dividends and patient holders will be rewarded.
My only question with this stock is while the sectors margins are being squeezed they are still pretty healthy and if margins were really tested would RMCs funding model hold up..?
