No SIG management have not protected its own franchisee who cannot complain with this strange assistance to CW .

I reiterate buy backs are a lazy use of capital and confirming it given up on real growth handing it over to competitors to save its incompetent management from getting the boot. SIG appears to be run for benefit of CW not helping its own franchisees at all. Hopefully new CEO will, but he might be someone they can control. Hope not. SIG needs to be concerned with COLES or WOW looking to bring their skills to the table. SIG is not meant to be a co op for management alone. Shareholders need looking after when the price goes to $1.40 not 48cents petty cash because institutions have lost faith in the BS management.

Do however agree that looking after banner group members leaves a lot to be desired
