I think in effect the company had the 'debt' to the holders as...

    I think in effect the company had the 'debt' to the holders as part of employment conditions which they have now cleared.
    If the shares have been cancelled then we have gained in that the shares were 'bought back ' at $1.57 cheaper than market..?
    Someone will correct me,please if i have stuffed up the logic.
