Acquisitions seem to fail more often than not.
If the SP is trading below true value, and they have sufficient positive cashflow, then a buy-back is a guaranteed positive.
Though this seems to be a very limited buy-back.
CFD? EFT? (electronic funds transfers?? ETF was already shut down. No need to revive.) They have enough staff for product development, and some products are in progress.
