interest rates predicated to remain high for the foreseeable future, even increase again soon. given SWF is already operationally profitably with $12m cash this appears to be good news for the company. therefore i think SWF can confidently & comfortably afford to buy-back the maximum 23.4m shares paying up to 17.5¢ each, as that would still leave an $8m cash war chest comparative to its current MC of $32m
