that webull thing is aussie..... Webull Securities Pty Limited (‘Webull Securities’) ABN: 51 654 849 457 and has an aussie AFSL.
in that respect it is little different to any other broker.
ultimately we know little about any of them and just keep our fingers crossed, i take your point though.
not sure how many "aussie" start-ups there are lately.......that...
